Yep, we braved the crowds and went to Sydney for New Years Eve... This was our view.
Ok... fine... this was really our view... yes it back there just look harder ;)
Our day included line up for an hour, sitting in the sun for our 3 and then 4-5 hours of waiting around in the night. It was broken up by cards games, food and even some napping, but also things like this.
Then came the fireworks. Not too many pics... let face it, if you look at the view we had I did pretty well to get this. There is in fact a tree in front of this one. You've seen fireworks before... use your imagination. I will say that pictures do not do justice to the size and awe of the entire thing... I would say it's is definitely something you should try and do if you can.
